We are Coffee Circle, Germany’s leading sustainable specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin. We offer the world’s finest coffee and equipment to over 150,000 customers online and in our Cafés, driven by our goal to make high-end coffee experiences enjoyable and accessible to all. We foster direct trade relationships with coffee farmers worldwide, pay high prices for the coffee beans, and ensure everyone involved in the value chain gets treated fairly and respectfully. For every kilogram of coffee we sell, we invest € 1 through our Coffee Circle Foundation e.V. to help support sustainable improvements in coffee-growing areas, such as providing clean drinking water, hygiene training, and coffee labs. We are currently looking for a new team member who will work with us from now till min. the end of January to start with. There may be a possibility of extending the initial agreement if we both are happy with the initial cooperation!

Your role
- Inspection of incoming goods, storage, and logging of items
- Assistance with monthly inventory
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assisting with processing returns
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and orderliness in our warehouse and team areas
- Transporting roasted coffee from our production facilities in Berlin to our logistics warehouse (Berlin Reinickendorf) and our cafes using our Sprinter (3.5 tons)
- Maintenance and cleaning of our transporter
- Collaboration with a great, international team in Berlin Reinickendorf (Lübarser Str. 40-46)
- Experience in logistics
- Minimum availability of 30 hours per week
- We offer a 5-day workweek but expect you to be available from Monday to Saturday
- Punctuality, reliability, and commitment are required
- Fast and careful work ethic with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Interest in the coffee industry
- Minimum B1 level proficiency in German, English skills are advantageous
